SgtMarty KLR650 Tech Day - September 6, 2014

The forecast was supposed to be cool--maybe cold--and rain.  It turned out to be a very nice kind of cool, and it only drizzled a tiny bit late in the afternoon.

Alan once again helped with the doohickeys, and a few others helped out where the could.  I appreciate all the helpers.

Bikes got worked on inside and out.

A few people needed no help, just some tools, a place to open the bike, and maybe some encouragement.

Two riders from Florida were passing through, and the one with the KLR needed a few things done.

Troy had a shopping list of things to do.  His farked-up subframe bolt took us a couple hours to drill out, but it got done.

I think most people got signed-in.

I had replaced a couple missing sockets after the last tech day, and this time only two 8mm wrenches had gone missing.

It's possible they are here somewhere, but I'm not worried in any case.  I've already ordered replacements, as well as a 6mm hex t-handle wrench that went missing last spring.  This is where the (much appreciated) donation money usually goes.

Thanks also to Bobby for donating the use of his wonderful grill.

Aiming for May next year.  Maybe earlier if the forecasts are good.
